MundiScope provides information about observatories and equipment, and an interface for authorised remote observing and image capture. Access depends on equipment status, weather conditions and session permissions.

Using the service

Use accounts, bookings and telescope controls for their intended purpose. Do not bypass permissions, technical limits or safety measures. Access to an interface does not authorise operation outside your assigned session.

Intellectual property

Our software, design and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party brands, catalogues and resources retain their respective licences and attribution requirements.

Service availability

A session may be interrupted by unsafe conditions, network failures, maintenance or observatory safety controls. Equipment specifications and calculated fields of view describe expected capabilities; they are not guarantees of image quality or calibrated scientific measurements.
