Omakau Observatory
Plan a southern-hemisphere session from Omakau in New Zealand's Central Otago region. Check local night-time conditions and choose a telescope.
Plan your observing session
This southern-hemisphere site uses the Pacific/Auckland time zone. Targets must be above the local horizon, and useful observing conditions depend on the Sun, Moon and weather. Check the live status before starting; a night-time window does not guarantee equipment availability.
